FlubRC UTB18 H-Series Cab

The cab comes with parts as listed below:

Black parts: Grill, Light Buckets, MagSliderz (magnets included), Rear Window Trim, Steering Wheel, Dash, Seats, Head Rests, Radiator Brace, 4ws Brace.

The Cab will be printed in the color you select. 

The cab can be screwed together to other body parts via M3 screws (included) this makes it super easy to switch beds in the future. Thread screws through cab into bed or back plate. 

Our UTB18 Body will fit the standard and stretched wheel bases for the utb18. We make mounts for the Spydr, Coyote, and the Gspeed chassis. You can still mount the body via shock tower magnets on most any flat rail chassis designed for the utb18.

When selecting the FlubRC MagSliderz that are compatible with the Utb18 Gspeed chassis, this does require trimming of the chassis. You'll need to cut one hole off the front for cab only, and cut 2 holes off the rear if running the full body. (Use protection when cutting carbon fiber) We include bumpers that replace the braces front and rear, as well as a center brace/battery tray.

For gluing parts to the body, you can use a CA glue, or my favorite is Shoe Goe or e6000, the rubbery type glue helps with impacts and is also great for Magnets.

We have a new CarbonFiber option we call "Carbon" this will have a slight increase in price, but a very high quality increase including higher temp and impact resistance. It also provides a textured matte finish, this can be painted with out prep, for a fine, scale "bed liner" type finish.

Bodies do require prep if planning to paint. For prep we reccomend starting with 220 Wet Sand with a flexible block, then move to 320 Wet Sand. Use a high fill sandable primer, and wet sand with 400, repeat last step until desired finish is achieved.

When choosing a color and planning to paint, you have options! You can choose the color based on what you would want to see when the paint gets scratched and character gets worked in. Orange, tan, and brown are good colors for showing rust and patina. Silver is the go to for metal or primer type scratches and wear. You can also pick the same color as your paint, so scratches will be less visible!
